Service Description
Ashtanga inspired Vinyasa flow with Iyengar alignment: relax the body and calm the mind, breathe well-being into every part of our body and soul. Suitable for all. This is a ninety minute class and runs during term times. £11 drop in, or £9 per session for a block of four (£36). Normally classes run as follows during term time: Wednesdays 12noon - 1.30pm - The Flavel Arts Centre, Dartmouth NOW ONLINE Thursdays 12noon - 1.30pm - Harbour House Studios, Kingsbridge ON HOLD ALL STUDIO CLASSES ARE ON HOLD DURING LOCKDOWN.
